  • Vinyl-printed mugs

  • Promotional merchandise for corporate events, marketing, and special occasions

All products are made-to-order unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

3. Orders & Customization Approval

3.1 Custom Orders

  • Most of our products are customized based on customer-provided designs, logos, text, or specifications.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content (logos, artwork, text) is accurate and final.

3.2 Proof Approval

  • Digital mockups or proofs may be provided upon request.

  • Once a design is approved by the customer, ArtNPromo is not responsible for errors including spelling, colors, alignment, or layout.

3.3 Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to design issues, copyright concerns, or pricing errors.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Bulk or corporate pricing may vary and is provided via custom quotation.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Production times vary depending on order size, customization level, and product type.

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by supplier issues, shipping carriers, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

  • ArtNPromo is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping provider.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Customized Products

  • All customized and personalized products are final sale.

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

7.2 Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and order details must be provided for review.

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7.3 Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

8. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

8.1 Customer-Provided Content

  • You confirm that you own or have legal permission to use any logos, designs, or artwork provided.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold ArtNPromo harmless from any intellectual property claims arising from your content.

8.2 License-Free & Sample Designs

  • Any sample designs or license-free artwork displayed on the Website are for demonstration purposes only.

  • Final products will only include designs approved by the customer.

9. Prohibited Content

Customers may not submit content that:

  • Infringes trademarks or copyrights

  • Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to reject such orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
