  • Bulk, corporate, or special orders may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of quotation.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available logistics providers.

  • Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout or provided via custom quote for bulk orders.

ArtNPromo reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is solely caused by ArtNPromo.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • ArtNPromo is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • For lost shipments, customers must contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain products or carriers.
