At ArtNrpomo, we strive to create high-quality personalized and customized business name art to meet your needs. We understand that satisfaction is key, which is why we have designed this Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth process in case of issues with your order.
1. Customization and Personalization
Since all of our products are personalized and customized to your specific requirements (including your business name, logo, colors, and other design preferences), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, design changes, or mistakes in customization after the order has been processed.
2. Order Accuracy
To ensure your customized order is correct, we will:
- Provide a digital proof for your approval before finalizing production. Please review this proof carefully, as it will be used to create your art piece.
- If any errors or discrepancies in the design are identified before production, we will make necessary corrections free of charge.
- If the final product contains an error that was not present in the approved proof (e.g., a typo or design mistake on our part), we will correct the issue at no additional cost and provide a replacement.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your personalized art product arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from what you approved in the digital proof, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer support team at support@artnrpomo.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item and any relevant details (order number, shipping receipt, etc.).
- Return Process: If the issue is confirmed, we will guide you through the return process. You may be required to send the damaged item back to us.
- Refund or Replacement: After verifying the issue, we will either:
